Summer School Attendants Regulations

1. Punctuality: Attendees must arrive on time for all scheduled activities, including classes, meals, and recreational events. Lateness disrupts the learning environment and inconveniences others.

2. Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to treat each other, staff, and property with respect and courtesy at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.

3. Attendance: Attendees are required to attend all classes and scheduled activities unless excused by the program coordinator or due to illness or emergency circumstances. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program.

4. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Attendees must submit their own original work and properly cite sources when necessary.

5. Dress Code: Attendees must adhere to the dress code specified by the program. Clothing should be appropriate for an educational setting and should not contain offensive language or imagery.

6. Safety and Security: Attendees must follow all safety procedures and guidelines provided by the program staff. This includes adhering to fire safety protocols, respecting designated areas, and reporting any safety concerns promptly.

7. Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco: The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises of the summer school. Attendees found in possession of or under the influence of these substances will be subject to immediate dismissal.

8. Technology Usage: Attendees may use personal electronic devices during designated times and for educational purposes only. Use of electronic devices for non-educational purposes during class or activities is not allowed.

9. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be enforced during specified times to ensure a conducive environment for studying and rest. Attendees are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

10. Community Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in shared spaces. This includes cleaning up after oneself in common areas and respecting shared resources.

11. Compliance with Staff Instructions: Attendees are required to comply with any instructions or directives given by program staff or instructors. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

12. Emergency Procedures: Attendees must familiarize themselves with emergency procedures and protocols outlined by the program staff. In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow instructions from staff members and evacuate the premises if necessary.

By attending the summer school program, all participants agree to abide by these regulations and understand that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program without refund.
